The MECCE-14 registration fee includes:

    • -Business program: Access to the seminar about “How to move from academic research into innovation. Opportunity to participate in mentoring meetings/ Full access to Expoquimia Exhibition Area.
    • - Student program: Guided Tour to Expoquimia Exhibition / Access to seminars about Circular economy and Digitalization and opportunity to present your final project degree at the Tech transfer area.

(1) Student Registration: Delegates enrolled in a Bachelor, Master or PhD program in 2019-20. Individuals who already completed a PhD or a similar degree are excluded from this fee. Students are required to submit proof of their status. Those who fail to submit a valid proof of student status will be required to pay the fee difference. 
(2) One Plenary session: Not applicable for paper-presenting participants. Plenary sessions will be held online.
Important information: All authors presenting papers should register before June 17th 2021.

TERMS & CONDITIONS

Grupo Pacífico will not accept telephone reservations. Registration must be done filling the Online Registration form. One form per person. You will receive a reservation request after completing the form, if you do not receive it please contact with the Technical Secretariat: Grupo PACIFICO: This email address is being protected from spambots. Registration fee has to be paid before the deadline for early registration; otherwise your registration fee will be updated to the current one.

If student registration is selected please provide the proof of this category; otherwise you will be requested to pay the registration difference amount.

Full payments are required in advance to the conference start. A confirmation voucher and invoice will be sent right after we received the payment. Please review it carefully and take note of your registration number. This number will be requested for any change or check.

All payments have to be made on Euros, please find as follow the available payment methods:
  • Credit Card Online: you will be redirected to a Bank secure page. VISA, Mastercard and American Express are accepted.
  • Bank Transfer: detailed banking information will be provided automatically by e-mail. Bank fees must be paid by the participant. This option only will be available until June 6th, 2021
All pending amount has to be paid at the Technical Secretariat during the documentation delivery. In case of bank transfer payment or another method but not received it, you will be requested for an advice bank slip. Otherwise, you will be requested to pay the pending amount.


REGISTRATION CANCELLATION POLICY
  • All cancellations or changes must be sent to GRUPO PACÍFICO in writing (fax or e-mail: This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it.
  • Cancellations received up to May 17th, 2021 deposits will be refunded less 50 € for administrative costs.
  • Cancellations received up to June 21st, 2021, 50% of the registration fee will be reimbursed.
  • No refund will be made for cancellations received after June 21st, 2021 or registered participants who fail to attend.
  • No refunds will be made in case of cancelled sessions or program changes.
